The Yemelyanich stove option is probably one of the best budget sauna devices. I also have the same stove and it copes well with the tasks assigned to it, the only difference is that the hot water tank is on the wall, and the water there is heated through a heat exchanger built into the stove. The firebox itself is taken out to an adjacent room. The draft during heating is regulated by an ash channel and a damper installed on the pipe, and the damper never closes completely and you can wash in the bathhouse even when the stove is heating.
In order to increase the service life of the stove, do not put firewood in its firebox completely, the firewood in the firebox should fill no more than 70% of the firebox space. Otherwise, the stove will burn out faster, and in terms of fire safety, this is dangerous since sparks will fly out of the pipe and flames may even burst out.

In principle, a good stove and decent metal thickness. I have the same homemade one, only I installed the hot water tank differently and it is heated from the dressing room. All the presented stoves try to heat water first. It is not clear why almost all manufacturers do this. After all, with such a location of the tank, the water will simply boil away, which I myself have seen, since I have come across such a design. And when water boils in a bathhouse, this is not good. And therefore, I install the tank next to the stove so that it touches it only with its edge. And this is quite enough to heat the water. In a well-heated bathhouse, the water becomes hot if the container simply stands next to the stove.
