Design features of Ermak sauna stoves
Engineers carefully worked out the design sauna stoves. We increased efficiency and took care of stylish modern design. Among the technical discoveries, the following are worth noting::
- The internal structure of the equipment assumes that the combustion products, before going into the chimney, go between the steel ribs, intensively sharing heat with them. Thus, the temperature of the gases at the outlet is significantly reduced.
- Among the latest innovations, it is worth noting the models with remote tank for heating water.
- Combustion chamber housings in conventional models they are made from a metal sheet with a thickness 4 mm. The firebox vault more massive, here the thickness of the steel is 6 mm. In the Ermak-Elite model range, fuel tanks are made made of heat-resistant stainless steel, alloyed with chromium. Mass proportion of chromium amounts to almost 17%, and the thickness of the walls is 2 mm.
- Protects the firebox outer casing. It allows heating the air circulating nearby, protecting bathhouse attendants from powerful heat flows. Thus, the company cares about the safety of visitors to steam rooms. Ermak stoves can be installed in saunas and bathhouses of any type.
All Ermak stoves have aesthetic appearance. The grate is made of cast iron, the heater is fenced with a decorative mesh, there is a convenient ash pan in the form of a pull-out drawer. Quite recently, models of fireplaces have appeared on sale with panoramic fireproof glass.
Models of wood-fired sauna stoves: with a tank and heat exchanger
The company is now launching wood-burning stoves on the market. two varieties:
- With hanging tank, which is attached to the top of the device itself. Here the water is heated directly from the walls of the combustion chamber;
- With heat exchanger built into the firebox and a remote tank. In this case, the tank is connected to the heat exchanger by a system of pipes and is placed on the wall of the steam room or in the washing room. Its capacity can be 40, 55 or 65 l depending on the buyer's choice.

Tank volume 65 l is being executed in two versions, for floor installation or for hanging on the wall.
Peculiarities. Models equipped with simple glass are marked letter C. The presence of panoramic glass is indicated by PS marking. The hanging water heating tank is designated letter BThe set of additional elements can be changed at the customer’s request.
The range of heating devices includes 4 models, each designed to service a steam room of a certain volume. Number in the title indicates rated thermal power ovens (for example, Ermak 20 has power 20 kW).
Ermak 12 and 16
Ermak 12 designed to heat a standard steam room volume from 6 to 14 m3. That is why the model is in demand among Russian buyers.
Linear dimensions:
- firebox depth — 500 mm;
- the length of the entire structure is 595 mm;
- width - 395 mm, if there is panoramic glass, then it increases to 445 mm;
- height - 685 mm.
Ermak 16 Suitable for maintenance premises 8-16 m3 in Russian baths or Finnish saunas.
The design principle of "Free transformation» allows you to add options as the owner’s needs grow (for example, installing a wall-mounted or remote water tank, a decorative frame-overlay on the selected tunnel or a convector screen).
Attention! Sauna stove Ermak 16 comes with convection jacket and a stove with fencing mesh. And the model Ermak 16PS are present circular lattice fencing, filled with stones and a loading chamber door with panoramic glass.
Ermak 20 and 30
Ermak 20. Another popular variety is chosen by owners of baths with a steam room volume from 12 to 24 m3. Dimensions of furnaces with with a capacity of 20 kW the following:
- length - 805 mm, while the combustion chamber is 550 mm;
- width - 540 mm;
- height - 915 mm.
Quite long logs are placed in the combustion chamber logs up to 580 mm. If desired, the door can be hung on the other side. The design has a high efficiency factor and guarantee manufacturer for 3 years.
Ermak 30 — the most powerful stove in the line, heats up the premises from 15 to 30 m3. But it is also very massive and heavy. Chimney it requires a wider one, with a diameter of 130 mm. Possible application two types of heaters: open is designed to produce wet steam, closed is designed to produce dry steam. Weight of stones in the first case it is 40 kg, in the second it is enough 25 kg. It is allowed to install the heat exchanger from any side.
Reference. A water tank and a mesh with stones can be purchased separately, after the stove has been installed in its permanent location.
Review of gas-wood stoves
The company has a range of models that are heated in a combined way: firewood and natural gas. They are additionally equipped with a gas burner. Such equipment can be installed not only in a bathhouse, but also in a sauna.
Photo 2. The internal structure of the Uralochka stove, which works equally well on gas and wood. The main parts of the design are shown.
The gas-wood stove will make steam, heat water, heat the steam room, washroom and dressing room. All models are equipped automatic devices SABK-T, temperature sensors, pressure regulator. Thanks to this, the set temperature regime in the premises is maintained (from +70 °C to +120 °C), when the gas supply stops or the draft decreases, the equipment switches off. Then it is re-ignited manually.
Important! In the Uralochka model line the numbers in the name also indicate the power. The fact that the body is made of stainless steel indicates letter H.
Uralochka 12
The reliability of the design of this small stove is ensured by the materials and technical solutions used:
- Steel sheets up to 4 mm thick, and in places experiencing high thermal loads, up to 6 mm.
- Minimum number of welds And reliable automation.
- Chimney system, in which the length for the passage of flame and exhaust gases is increased. This also ensures safety.
A powerful gas burner, controlled automatically, allows you to heat the room volume 6 - 12 m3. The air temperature in the steam room is maintained at a set level. from 70 to 120° C. Uralochka stoves are produced in two modifications: Classic and Elite.
Other models in the series
The other models in this series have similar qualities, they differ only in dimensions, power and sizes of heated rooms. These differences are clearly presented in the table.
Model | Power | Dimensions (length, width, height) | Heated area | Notes |
Uralochka 12 | 12 kW | 550X395X685 mm | 6 - 12 m3 | The data is given for the basic configuration |
Uralochka 16 | 16 kW | 550X445X730 mm | 8 - 16 m3
Uralochka 20 | 20 kW | 700X500X755 mm | 10 - 20 m3
Uralochka 24 | 24 kW | 600X445X755 mm | 10 - 24 m3 |
How not to make a mistake with your choice

It's called "FT - Free Transformation".
Each buyer selects a configuration based on the needs of the family and the characteristics of the premises.
From the main criteria experts highlight:
- Thermal power sauna stoves (the choice depends on the volume of the steam room and the method of heating adjacent rooms).
- Material manufacturing. The most durable and environmentally friendly units are those made from chrome steel.
- Firebox locationIf necessary, Ermak furnaces are equipped with portable fuel channel.
- Fuel typeWhen using firewood for heating, pay attention to the Ermak models, and when choosing different types of raw materials, pay attention to the Uralochka.
