Turkish brand Simfer was founded in 1997 and gained fame as a manufacturer of kitchen appliances.

Today Simfer is confidently conquering the Russian market and takes second place in the ranking the largest manufacturers of household appliances in their country.

The company's two own factories are located in the city of Kayseri. The production is fully automated. Simfer began manufacturing kitchen electronics in In 2006, previously solid fuel stoves were produced under this brand.

Model ranges of Simfer mini-ovens

The products of the Turkish company are divided into two categories: M3 and M4. The M3 models can be classified as budget. These ovens do not have a display and, for the most part, they do not have internal lighting. However, four models from the M3 line are among the top most popular mini-ovens in Russia.

How to choose a mini-oven Simfer with or without convection

All equipment of the Turkish brand has a chamber volume that allows not only heating or defrosting, but also prepare fairly large portions of food. However, families of five or six people are advised to pay attention to the stoves of the model range M4.

The convection mode serves to distribute hot air flows and prevents burning. This is especially important for ovens with one heating element. Simfer ovens have two, and with such characteristics, the presence or absence of convection ceases to play a special role.

Grand total

Simfer ovens are a reliable product that confidently occupies its position on the Russian market. Today, the brand is represented in most large electronics stores.

Photo 2. Making pizza in a Simfer mini oven. Many dishes turn out great in this device.

The advantages of Simfer equipment include:

  • reliability;
  • big chamber volume;
  • justified, but not exorbitant power (a mini-oven can be installed in a summer house without worrying about the safety of the wiring);
  • safety (the handles of all mini-ovens of the Turkish company have protection against heating);
  • 1 year manufacturer's warranties.

The disadvantages of the technology include: frequent absence of displays in the M3 and M4 models, as well as the lack of internal camera illumination in some M3 models.

    Turkish stoves from Simfer are a completely normal budget option for a summer house. Low price, fairly decent quality, simple design and power consumption of just over one kW make these stoves popular with housewives. We have been using the M4273 model for two years now and nothing has broken in the stove during the period of use.

    The M3640 is the only oven of the expensive ones that I prefer. Two additional burners allow you to cook or heat up to three dishes at a time. The author is right about the wiring, you need to monitor it and know what it can withstand, no matter in the house, in the country or even in the barn. You can take any of the cheap ones, all the same manufacturer and the quality is unlikely to differ. There is no point in overpaying for the design and two additional functions.

    If you need to save money, then just buy an oven. And it is better to buy a mini oven with built-in burners. After all, we women often cook 2-3 dishes at once. And this means that we bake chicken in the oven, cook a side dish on one burner, and finish cooking the soup on the second. And note, the time savings are huge. It took no more than 1.5 hours in total, instead of cooking each dish separately. For a summer cottage option, the M3640 oven is just a godsend!

    For some reason the author thinks that the wiring in the dachas is weak. I don't know why he got this opinion.
    My dacha wiring is made of 2.5 mm copper wire. A simple calculation shows that this is quite enough to connect the most powerful mini-oven of all the models presented in the article above.
    1. Alexander
      Well, in general, I fully admit that many people may use old wiring at their dachas. As for keeping up with the times, our people can only do one thing. They buy modern equipment, and then are surprised that fires break out here and there. And the fires are caused by the mismatch of the wire cross-section, or even old aluminum wiring is used. And the best option now is a 1.5-square-meter lighting network, 2.5-square-meter sockets, 3.5-square-meter titans, etc. Moreover, if the dacha is relatively new, then a 15-kW "dedicated line" is given, and here, probably, no one will use a 1.5-square-meter wire. And the most important thing is that this is still an overload of in-house systems, which, even with new wiring, cannot always withstand the load.
