Russian group of companies "Shtil" creates devices for uninterruptible power supply more than 20 years. All products are manufactured and tested at the Shtil Group’s own factories in Tula.

Models of stabilizers of the series InStab and InStab+ have the same topology characteristics. They are manufactured using inverter technology. This means that voltage stabilization occurs in 2 stagesThis technology protects devices connected to the stabilizer from problems associated with an increase or decrease in input voltage.

Single-phase stabilizers "Shtil" for gas boilers

Among the single-phase stabilizers "Shtil" the following models are found.

Instab 350-3500 VA

Products protect low power devices, which include gas boilers.

Installation: wall-mounted. LED indicators show the range category: working or limiting, other working indicators. The products are equipped with a system of interference suppression, protection against malfunctions of the device.

Models of the series Instab 1000-3500 VA protect devices that are sensitive to power supply indicators, including gas boilers.

Execution of devices - wall or floor mounted. The products are supplemented with two LED indicators and a liquid crystal display. The indicators notify about the mode in which the device operates: normal or failure. The display shows the temperature, power and other indicators.

These models have a wide input voltage range (90—310V). The control method is completely digital, the operation is almost silent. The cooling type is fan. Product dimensions:

  • IS1000, IS1500: 180x300x96;
  • IS2500, IS3500: 205x370x103.

Complete with a set for placement on a vertical or horizontal surface.

Instab 6-20 kVA

For connection to boilers located in places prone to voltage fluctuations (for example, a summer house, a hotel) single-phase products are suitable.

The use of devices is universal, are installed both as a floor unit and placed in a rack. Equipped with two LED indicators and a display that displays basic information about the operation of the device.

Input voltage range 90—310V. Control method - digital, noise level - reduced, cooling method - fan. Product dimensions:

  • IS1106RT, IS1108RT, IS1110RT: 130x440x520;
  • IS1115RT, IS1120RT: 220x440x520.

The devices are working in bypass mode, this allows voltage to flow without going through the stabilization process.

Reference. The bypass option is in effect like a circuit breaker switchIt can be used only after first turning off the stabilizer's automatic switch.

6-20 kVA with three-phase input and single-phase output

Model configuration: three-phase input and single-phase output.

Using devices - universal. The stabilizers are equipped with two LED indicators and an LCD display that shows the main information.

Input voltage range 90—310V. Unit control is digital, low noise level, fan cooling. Product dimensions:

  • IS3110RT: 130x483.5x527.5 (rack-mounted version), 460,5x130x527,5 (floor unit option);
  • IS3115RT, IS3120RT: 220x483.5x529 (rack), 513,5x220x529 (floor unit).

They operate in bypass mode.

Three-phase devices 6-20 kVA

The devices allow several stabilizers to operate simultaneously (up to 6 pieces). This operating principle ensures the safety of all connected devices.

Usage - universal. Equipped with LCD display and indicator lights.

Input voltage range 155-537 V, performance - 0 msThe devices have several levels of protection against possible network problems. Product dimensions:

  • IS3306RT, IS3310RT 130x483.5x527.5 (rack), 460,5x130x527,5 (floor unit);
  • IS3315RT, IS3320RT: 220x483.5x529 (rack), 513,5x220x529 (floor unit).

Available bypass mode.

Voltage stabilizer: features of choice

The devices differ from each other:

  • design features;
  • output power;
  • input and output characteristics;
  • principle of regulation;
  • topology;
  • number of phases.

Taking these characteristics into account, a specific stabilizer is selected:

  • Devices more suitable for connection to a gas boiler floor or wall mounted.

Attention! It can be difficult to find a place to place a rack model. In addition, it power exceeds the requirements of a conventional household boiler.

  • The power of the stabilizer is selected in the following way: the power of the device (according to the passport data) multiplied by 5, another 10% is added. The necessary indicators for the stabilizer are obtained.

  • For devices that are planned to be connected to a gas boiler, the lower value of the input voltage should not be more than 140 V, top - not lower 260 V.
  • The output voltage must form a signal, close to an ideal sinusoid.
  • Single-phase devices are selected for boilers that operate from a single-phase network. 220 V. Three-phase, respectively, for operation from a three-phase network 380 V.
