- Commissioning works.
The system is being tested.
- Submission of works.
An acceptance certificate is signed, and the documentation is handed over. Additionally, if desired, an agreement on further maintenance is drawn up.
How a customer can prepare a facility for delivery
Signing of the acceptance certificate will relieve the contractor of some of the responsibility for the future fate of the object. In this case, the customer will continue to independently resolve any problems that arise. Therefore, before acceptance it is important:
- prepare all the documentation, which will affect the registration of the heating system with regulatory authorities (building permit, etc.);
- coordinate with the regulatory authorities the actions for registration heating, so that obtain a full package of documents from the contractor and the features of the system required by the authorities.
